Yantai Zhongrui Chemical Co., Ltd. is a joint-stock private enterprise specially engaged in the research, development and production of new materials based on fluorine chemicals and technologies. Founded in July 2007 with the registered capital of RMB 48 million and located in Shandong Provincial Chemical Industrial Park, Zhongrui is a high-tech enterprise with a total plant area of 102,181 square meters, more than 200 employees and 28 patent rights. The enterprise has established a special safety management unit, i.e. Safety Supervision Department, which is comprised of 4 full-time safety officers, 24 certified safety management staffs (including the General Manager), as well as 11 registered safety engineers. Main businesses of the enterprise are production, sales, import and export of anhydrous hydrogen fluoride, 1.1.1-trifluorotrichloroethane (F113a), trifluoroacetic acid, ethyl trifluoroacetate, trifluoroacetyl chloride, sulfuryl chloride, etc. 

In December 2020, the enterprise passed the review and assessment of Level II Safety and Standardization Certification. In March 2021, the enterprise completed the review and assessment for Safety Production Permit. In June 2018, having successfully passed the dual-system evaluation and acceptance, the enterprise was enlisted as a model enterprise with outstanding performance in municipal dual-system development by Yantai Emergency Response Bureau. Conforming to the requirements of Shandong Province on transformation and upgrading of chemical enterprises, the enterprise again passed the review consisting of "four ratings and one evaluation" in June 2018. Moreover, the enterprise has also successively passed ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001 Quality / Environment / Occupational Health and Safety Management System Certification.
